Biography

My name is Luke Nuttall I am 16 years old from Barrow Upon Soar, Leicestershire. I'm a member of Charnwood Athletics Club. I've been doing athletics since I was 12 years old and in the past few years I've competed in regional, national and International competitions..

Over the past year I've improved significantly where I stopped playing football and athletics simultaneously. This has allowed me to commit much further and results have shown the importance of that where I competed in my first international event in the summer of 2017.

My completion highlights of 2017 was where I was able to lower my personal best in 1500 metres by 7 seconds and I also earned my first Great Britain vest where I came 2nd in the World junior para championships. For 2018 I'm hoping to earn the qualifying standard for English Schools and to reach the final, also to earn a medal at the European Senior para Championships in Berlin.
