Demonstrating once again that there is no mountain high enough to stop JHMT supporters from breaking the silence on SADS and creating a lasting legacy for Joe – well done Michele and to everyone else (far too many to mention by name) who has run, jumped, cycled, climbed, fallen out of aircrafts, walked, swum, played rugby, football and done so many inspirational activities during 2013.

For those who are still thinking about it, don't worry as the revised get active- 4 -Joe 2014 programme is just around the corner! There is plenty of time to take up a personal challenge,and play such a vital part in helping JHMT break the silence and reduce the incidence of SADS.
