Thank You for helping JHMT make a difference in 2016. 2017 will be the 5^th anniversary of the birth of Joe's Trust. Joe would have been truly amazed at what has been achieved in his name, and although so cruelly denied the right to experience life to the full, we fight on in his name and on behalf all those so tragically taken by SADS leaving behind a chasm in their loving families which will never ever be filled.

We can't thank you enough for your much appreciated support and look forward with hope to the coming year as we continue to raise awareness of this cruel condition (SADS) and to try and prevent young people dying from unsuspected heart conditions.
