Just had a busy 3 days racing at Ponds Forge in the East Midlands Regionals.
I had decided this year as my backstroke times had put me in a such strong position on rankings I was going to have a go racing some of my other strokes.
I had a good 400 IM which put me in 25th position on rankings for 17/18 years, missing British Nationals but securing me a place at English Nationals.
So I've qualified for 50, 100 and 200 backstroke at British and 200 and 400 IM at English.
A great achievement in a dual age band!
