I now have three weeks off training time to relax,have a holiday and spend some time with family and friends.

I will start back training at Loughborough on August 28th for one week before I travel out to Turkey for two weeks on a training camp getting ready for the new season.

Overall I have had a Brilliant Long Course season dropping below sub 2.30 on 200 Breaststroke,below sub 1.10 on the 100 Breaststroke and a PB on the 50 Breaststroke.

Also a very good short season achieving PB'S on all my Breaststrokes. Achieving Long and Short Course Leicestershire County Records too.
