Last week I swam the 50m, 100m and 200m backstroke at the British Nationals at Ponds Forge.

I was extremely pleased with my swims, which were all very close to my pb's and I made finals in all 3 events, this was made more challenging this year being a dual age band 17/18 years.

Best finishing position was 5th in the 200 backstroke. It was an incredible experience yet again to swim at such high level.
