Learning European.

The sessions have started and I try and fit in one really high quality strength and conditioning session each week. I have been learning some proper core strength exercises and I have learnt pretty quickly that any regular movement that is followed by a European country is going to be tough. So a plank is a plank - but a Turkish plank is super hard and a squat is a squat but a Bulgarian squat is even harder. Its all going well and I am starting to do some compound moves as well. The picture on this post is me stepping up on a box. Its a high box and in order to lift stuff safely i need to have proper stability and balance. I have not posted the video of me doing it as I am all over the shop!
