As the new season will begin I hope to be ready and I am looking forward to challenge my peers to improve my position in badminton for the county and nationally.

During last summer, me and my dad had worked extremely hard and the results of the season have shown that.

The highlights of this season are that I won a bronze medal in the singles in a gold tournament at Leigh. Also, I was selected to represent Leicestershire in the ICT tournament for the U18's age group. In the tournament, I was able to compete with older competitors and I won 6 out of my 9 matches which I am pleased about. The losses were very close! As a result of these achievements, my Grading has been elevated to a grade 'D'. I hope to improve on this still in the coming season.

JHMT's continued support has helped me to progress this far and I look forward to their continued support for the 2018/19 season and for the future development of my badminton.
