I have just finished competing at the CP World Games at Sant Cugat, Barcelona last weekend. I had an experience at a new level. The beginning of the week consisted of training and then competing on Friday and Saturday. For my events, I won two golds, one in 100m free style and the other in 50m free style, and I also won a silver in 100m breaststroke. I was so happy and proud when the England national anthem was played at the medal presentation ceremonies.

I would like to thank again the Joe Humphries Memorial Trust for the Inspire Award. It really helped me to reach my goal which I worked so hard for.
