In preparation for our upcoming British Youth Sailing re-selection event we travelled to Pwllheli, North Wales to train with the other top Welsh boats. We had some fantastic training with ranging conditions from very breezy to little to no wind. The coaching really helped us get back into the flow of things after a break for exams and summer. We've also had to keep on top our fitness to achieve the benchmarks set out for us. We're now focused and ready to perform our best at the Weymouth selector this weekend and hopefully be reselected. Fingers crossed!
