After having just a couple of weeks off racing I was back up Ponds Forge for the Short Course Nationals.

I had enterd 3 events 50m 100m and 200m Breaststroke making finals in all 3.

My first final was on Thursday evening swimming 50m Breaststroke with a new PB and breaking my own County Record from Novembers Meet winning a Silver Medal.

Then on Friday was the 200m Breaststroke final with another PB and breaking my own County Record from Novembers Meet winning a Bronze Medal.

Saturday was my final day swimming the 100m Breaststroke final a gain another PB and breaking my own County Record from Novembers Meet winning another Bronze Medal.

Had a really good short course season Sepember to December.

After the Xmas break will be in hard training for thr Long course season and Olympics Trials in April.
