Training in May 2020

Well the lockdown is still going on ! Still running every other day, training in my garden , shooting and now added a weights session and strength and conditioning session to my weekly fitness regime. The support I have have from my netball club has been awesome – we have weekly metafit sessions with one of the coaches and a social weekly Team quiz – quite amusing running around the house to try to find the most random kitchen utensil as one of the tasks! . However long this lockdown goes on I know I am keeping up with my fitness ready for next lot of trials! Keep safe x
