Lockdown Training

At the start of this year I had been struggling with a few niggles, meaning I was not at the level of fitness I would have hoped to have been towards the end of the cross-country season. Following this, I was hopeful for a block of consistent training leading into a successful track season, my focus being on 3k. However, due to COVID-19 all track and road races were cancelled for the foreseeable future. This has allowed me to get a consistent 10 week block of training, meaning I am now in the best shape I have been in for a few years.
I am hoping to keep this level of training up, and I am looking forward to a delayed track season towards the end of the summer.
