National TT championships

In the past 2 months there have been a lot of different national championships in time trials over different distances and course types.
In early September I rode the youth National 10 mile time trial championships on a challenging course near Portsmouth. I finished 8th overall with a time of 22:10. I was very pleased with how I rode and having looked at the result that was possibly the best result I could have asked for.
Later on in September I rode the National 25 mile time trial championships (my first ever 25!) on the A46 outside of Leicester, it was a very strong headwind on the way out to the turn which made it very difficult for me. Despite this I finished 6th under 16, being my first 25 I had no expectations going into the event but it was great practice for the next few years.
In October the final time trial championship of the year for me was the circuit time trial at Thruxton in Hampshire, in a reduced field I managed to be the fastest 16 year old in the event so getting my first National medal.
