We are now into 2023 and I've completed the British Dodgeball Level 3 coaching course. It's been hard work; to complete the course I had to present to the group what I had done and then summit the work I had done through the course. A month later and on Friday I found out that I hadn't failed but needed to work on a few areas; summit a report to show improvement and then I will be able to get that pass.

Along side my training I have carried on with the coaching, today saw the U15s I have been working with back at a tournament; they played well. I think I was more anxious than them.

I've tried out for the England Development team; being up against 200 applicants. I got through the second stage but on this occasion got no further. I will carry on coaching and competing with club and uni for the rest of the season in a sport that I love.
