Can't believe it's finally here! 15th February - I jet off to Tenerife for a week of Swim Camp. I'm packed ready to go to have the best elite training programme I have ever been on and I get to do this abroad! I'm a bit nervous doing this without my family but know this is the start of hopefully more trips abroad.

I have had a great start to the 2024/2025 season - short course season (sept to dec) I did better then ever in my short course regionals in November which saw me qualify for my first Winter Nationals championship in December for the 1500m Freestyle which was brilliant! We have now started the long course season and I have had a great start in Sunderland at the beginning of January… Now to train hard during this February half term in Tenerife ready for the National window to open in March to be able to qualify for this years National Championships. I will let you know how it goes!
