In our patron Martin Johnson's words 'If you don't have the information you can't make a choice. That's the minimum a parent deserves to try and keep their loved ones safe as can be. Something we were so cruelly denied because of the silence around #SADS before it caught Joe and changed all of our lives in 2012.

Never again must we EVER allow 'silence' to win the day because every young heart beat matters. We are fighting for all parents to have a choice, be better informed and prepared to guard against thIs group of subtle, undiagnosed heart conditions like #SADS which can lead to the sudden and needless loss of innocent young life.

Together, for our children's sake we must keep breaking and breaking the silence on #SADS. A silent #SADS is a lethal one. One Joe lost is one too many and there are currently a min' 12 x young people, 12 - 35 years old, a week in the UK alone.
