Biography
From a young age I have had an interest in sport and play a wide range of them recreationally, such sports as Football, Golf and Tennis. My aim is to pursue a career in the Sports Coaching and Development industry and encourage others to participate in Sport.
JHMT's Support
During my spare time I volunteer at a wide range or organisations, schools and clubs. Firstly I undertook a weeks work experience at a local school in 2012, this allowed me to gain valuable experience by coaching a wide variety of sports to the children on a daily basis. I assisted with the delivery of both PE and Swimming lessons which allowed me to delivery coaching sessions to a mixed ability group. I have also volunteered 50 hours at a local football team on a Saturday morning, helping with the setting up and delivery of coaching alongside the manager whilst officiating their games.
My aim is to attend University in September 2016 to study Sport Coaching and Development, to achieve this I need to be successful academically and also have experience in the field. My dream job is a Sports Development Coach because I want to promote sport at grassroots level to children.
